Roxanne

Roxie is leaving Mount Isa on Monday. I only had one night off this week so we raced out to the Lake Moondarra before the sun set and we saw some back-burning on the way back to town before going to get Chinese for dinner.

O Cosmedics Gentle Antioxidant Cleanser Review

Let me start by saying a little background about my skin. I usually have combination skin, oily in my T-zone and get dry patches in winter. I have acne-prone and sensitive skin.

My sister Rachel had this cleanser for awhile in the shower and I was curious to give it a go. First impression, I absolutely love the scent of this! It's not over powering in any way, but I can't quite put my finger on the scent and found I could even smell it throughout the day. I'd been using my sister's for a couple of weeks and it didn't break me out, rather I found my skin becoming more clear and radiant (the mineral foundation I've been using in place of my regular liquid might be helping too).

I went out and bought my own and am absolutely loving it. It doesn't dry my skin out (has shea butter which may help) and doesn't irritate my skin leaving it feeling really clean but not squeaky clean like I've just stripped my face. It's a gel consistency so when you lather it in your hands it gets foamy – which I like in a cleanser. I also really like the packaging, and the pump is handy (I only need two pumps after I pre-cleanse my makeup off).

Here is the description from the O Cosmedics website:

At only $49 a pop, I think it's quite reasonable considering it's an Australian owned & made product. I just bought it from a local beauty salon, and I'm really happy with it so far after using it for a month! Definitely will be going to repurchase this.

Has anyone else tried this product/brand before? I'm keen to get my hands on some other products from this brand because I'm really happy with this cleanser, and being Australian makes it doubly awesome!

Thanks for reading :)
